Shipping

We ship our items via DHL or UPS. For deliveries within Germany, shipping takes 1-5 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment). If you order several items with different delivery times at the same time, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time. Please note the item-specific information in the online store.

Please also note that this is only a guideline and shipping can be affected by external circumstances at any time. We generally do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The standard shipping for deliveries within Germany costs irrespective of the weight and size of the parcel 6,50 € (inkl. MwSt.). Parcel runtime orientation (DHL): 1-2 business days

Shipping to EU Countries costs irrespective of the weight and size of the parcel 16.60 € (plus VAT, the resulting costs are displayed when entering the delivery country during the ordering process).
