Stainless steel stencils are the perfect tool for quickly and precisely filing cut-outs for new instruments in an instrument panel.

Using an LS3 instrument panel as an example, in the following video we show ways to professionally fill a no longer needed cutout with fiberglass fabric and epoxy resin and create a new cutout.
